2011 Spring&Summer Fashion Trends

Hello Blogettes.
Happy Groundhog Day!
Yesterday I posted my Winter Favorites, just into time too because Mr. Groundhog did not see his shadow, that's means a early Spring! I actually never quite understood Groundhog Day but I do like the movie and think groundhogs are just just the cutest little rodent, besides a naked mole rat.:)
Thanks for Mr. Groundhog Spring is right around the corner.(Actually about a month and a half) Here is a list I complied of the Spring and Summer Fashion Trends for 2011. Lets get shopping!

Spring & Summer 2011 Fashion Trends:

Clothing Trends: Biker Wear, Tail Hems, 60's era Fashion, Crochet Details, Tassels, Wide Flared Pants.

Material: Sheer, Leather, Lace.

Colors: Orange, Coral, Honeysuckle, Lavender, Dark Purple, Grass Green, White, Navy Blue, Light Grey Toned, Lemon Yellow.

Patterns: Polka Dots, Stripes, Floral.

Accessories Trends: Silk Scarfs, Skinny Belts, Over sized Geometric Necklaces, Squared Clutches, Kitten Eyed Glasses, Structured Purses.

Footwear Trends: Clogs and Kitten Heels.

    i love the idea of 60s accessories like massive sunglasses and vintage scarfs! also looking forward to all the fabrics, sheer, leather and lace look so great with each other

    I love this film too, I often think what it'd be like to live the same day over and over.
    The Spring trend certainly catches my eye, I love the materials and colours and the 60's era.
